What we collect

Site browsing

This site does not use non-essential analytics or marketing tracking. The web server, reverse proxy, and security tooling may still create ordinary operational logs. Their exact contents and retention depend on production configuration.

Contact messages

For a standard contact submission, we store the name, email, subject, message, submission time, remote address, and browser user agent associated with the message. A notification containing the submission is also sent through the site’s email infrastructure.

Anonymous messages

When anonymous submission is selected, name, email, remote address, and browser information are not stored with the contact message. The subject, message, and submission time are stored. Information entered in the message itself remains part of the submission, and ordinary server or proxy logs may exist separately.

Why we collect it

Information is collected only for practical site operation, message handling, security, and communication. It is not collected to profile visitors or manipulate behavior.

How we handle it

We aim to limit collection, retain information only as needed, and protect it responsibly. If third-party services are added later, this policy should be updated to reflect that clearly.
